All appointments are scheduled online. If you are a regular client and your time or service is not available be sure to check back often as clients cancel and reschedule regularly. If you are a first time client and an appointment opens up, I pull from the currently scheduled appointments so you must schedule an appointment first. You may also consider scheduling one of our FAST TRACK or SATURDAY options. Take a look at the service options for details.
ON TIME ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time. Your appointment may only be 15 minutes long so any arrival past 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and you’ll be charged a fee. See cancellation policy below.
You will be charged for no shows and any appointment changes less than 3 hours from your original appointment time. This includes double booking. If you forget to cancel an appointment you changed or accidentally scheduled the wrong day...that's considered a missed appointment.
NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS
Tuesday 2-7 Wednesday 8-1 Thursday 9-5 Friday 8-2
Fast Track Hours are times set up before or after our regular business hours. They are meant to be "last minute" appointments and can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. Not valid for discounted, free, or package pricing brows. Must be paid in full at time of booking. No refunds for cancellations or no shows.
Saturday Appointments may sometimes be available. Saturdays are outside our normal business hours and are extremely limited. Not valid for discounted, free, or package pricing brows. Must be paid in full at time of booking. No refunds for cancellations or no shows.
